Which orientation should you choose?

When ordering your embosser, you can choose from four pressing orientations: from below, from above, from the right, or from the left.

This choice determines the angle at which the paper enters the embosser and therefore the position of the embossing on your media (books, cards, letters, etc.).

Here is a short guide to help you make the right choice:

Ideal for embossing the bottom of a card, envelope, or invitation card.

➤ Example: discreetly mark the bottom corner of an announcement card.
🔼 From the top
Perfect for embossing at the top of a sheet of paper or letter.

➤ Example: embossing a personalized letterhead.
➡️ From the right
Recommended for embossing the inside of a book, on a right-hand page.

➤ Example: ex-libris on the first page of a book.
⬅️ From the left
Less common, but useful if you want to mark the left page of a book or according to personal preference.

Production time

You will receive a first illustration proposal within 7 working days of ordering.

A touch-up session is included in the price to refine your design based on your feedback. We work at your pace.

Once the design is approved, the engraving of your embosser begins. Allow approximately 2 weeks for the production and shipping of your custom embosser.

Sending

Shipping is free for all orders over €250. Below this amount, shipping costs for mainland France are €4.95. For Europe, they are €9.95. For international orders, €19.95.

What is a custom embosser?

It is an embossing tool that allows you to leave a raised imprint on the paper. Here, the embossing is completely personalized, hand-drawn according to your wishes, then precisely engraved on a metal circle or square, which is inserted into a clamp.

You can choose between a portable embosser (255 euros) or a luxury embosser (295 euros).

Which orientation should I choose?

What is the production time?

Our embossers are made entirely to measure, with great attention paid to each step.

Once the design is approved, the engraving of your die begins. Allow approximately 2 weeks for the production and shipping of your embosser.

Can I request modifications after the first proposal?

Yes, a touch-up session is included in the price.
We adjust the design according to your feedback before starting the engraving.

What type of paper can it be used on?

Mainly on paper between 80g and 250g: books, letters, envelopes, thin cards, menus, etc.

It is not recommended for very thick, laminated or cardboard paper over 250g.
